Una Studio is a small practice led by Naz Özbek.
In a landscape where too many brands appear interchangeable, Una is drawn to the work that makes a brand sound like itself. The kind of clarity that comes from spending time on the why, then finding the language, structure, and world that can carry it.
The work sits between brand strategy, narrative and visual direction: defining what something is, what it isn’t, and what makes it distinct, then translating that into language, structure, and a visual world people can recognize, connect with, and trust.
Una often works closely with founders and design collaborators: shaping the story, editing the narrative, and guiding the visual work with a clear point of view.
Increasingly, the work is for place-led businesses (hospitality, social wellness, cultural venues), alongside design-led consumer brands.
The focus is the core: meaning, structure, and a world that holds.

ABOUT NAZ ÖZBEK
Naz Özbek is a brand strategist and creative director who helps companies find the truest version of themselves, then build the structure to hold it.
Her work usually lives at the intersection of research, positioning, voice, and visual direction: the behind-the-scenes decisions that make a brand recognizable, consistent, and easy to grow (even as it changes).
She previously co-founded beije—a category-shaping menstrual care brand in Turkey—building the brand from zero to scale, and has worked across hospitality, fashion, and culture: from community-led spaces like NeueHouse to editorial and programming roles in New York, before returning to Turkey and building her practice between Istanbul and beyond.
Naz holds a dual degree from The University of Pennsylvania (BA Sociology) & The Wharton School (BS Economics), where she graduated magna cum laude.

Work shaped between New York, Istanbul, and Lisbon.The name una nods to oona (Gaelic for “dear one / unity”) and the Spanish una (“one”)—a compass for making work that’s original, with a point of view.
